Jobframe GmbH puts people first with its new cloud applications. Jobframe has been offering cloud-based cross-company time recording as a service since 2005. In future, some applications can be used privately free of charge. Employees retain their data across company affiliations.
Finding good software developers in a market with such high demand and very limited supply is an art in itself. For smaller companies in particular, it has become almost impossible in recent years to find suitable personnel with the appropriate qualifications. Jobframe GmbH is unable to cover the increased personnel requirements for current and upcoming projects through its own personnel search.
In a pilot project with a manageable scope and low risk, Jobframe GmbH has tested the collaboration with developers from CODE LEAP tested. The CODE LEAP developers were introduced to the task area by Jobframe developers and supported in the solution. The work was based on a modified SCRUM framework.
Following the successful completion of the pilot project, the developers were CODE LEAP developers were integrated into the internal team. Since then, they have been working very successfully on implementing Jobframe's product vision. Due to the good results, Jobframe has decided to place the product design and user experience area in the hands of CODE LEAP in the hands of The "externals" have become colleagues who make a decisive contribution to the success.
